NexFile™ Pro supports all standard tax documents: W-2s, 1099s (all variants), K-1s, 1098s, and other IRS forms. Upload any PDF or JPG, and Sophia AI will attempt extraction with a confidence score.

How long does extraction take?

Typically 30 seconds per document. High-volume batches are processed in parallel, so uploading 100 documents processes in under 2 minutes.

Can I integrate with my existing tax software?

NexFile™ Pro exports directly to your tax preparation software via the Forge add-on (currently supporting Drake, with more integrations on the roadmap). API access is available for custom integrations. Contact our support team for integration support.

Are there limits on clients, users, or documents?

NexFile™ Pro tiers are sized by client count: Starter (75), Professional (250), Business (600), Enterprise (unlimited). Each tier includes a set number of user seats and unlimited document uploads within that tier. No per-seat, no per-return, no per-document fees — upgrade only when your firm grows past the client cap.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is always yours. On cancellation, you have 30 days to export all client data and documents. We provide a complete data dump in standard formats (CSV, PDF, etc.).

How does §7216 compliance work?

NexFile™ Pro meets §7216 requirements by design: data residency (stays in your infrastructure), access controls (you manage), audit trails (complete logging), and encryption (AES-256). No third-party vendor access to client data.
